Opentunti is a service for finding, creating and sharing of lesson plans.

Opentunti.fi is a free service for teachers and schools. In Opentunti teachers can create, share and develop lesson plans and courses. The plans can be shared with colleagues in the same school or municipality, or they can be made public. Other teachers can copy and modify public plans. In case the municipality is using the Finnish national identification service MpassId, the teachers in the municipality will get access to more extensive features in Opentunti, such as sharing content within the school or municipality, sharing the plans for their students and teacher skill mapping.

Opentunti offers versatile tools for both casual and more extensive use. The teacher can start by searching for public plans, and then easily continue to adding their own. The tools for lesson plan creation and search are simple and easy to learn.

A teacher using Opentunti has unlimited resources for finding new, inspiring content and developing their teaching. The system has features for self-evaluating the teacher's digital capabilities and skills, so the school may organize support and training according to the results. The teacher can also create skill evaluation surveys for their students.
