Nushu is an AR app that immerses children into the current news. The product has a comic strip and AR activities around the latest news at the time. Stories are designed to be age appropriate. The main character helps students to get familiar with the current topic.

The service includes a website where teachers can download and print each adventure, and an application that includes Augmented Reality content.

The pedagogical analysis covers how the product supports learning of the identified skills. The student’s role is assessed by four contrary pair parameters, which are selected to cover the most essential aspects on the use of the product.

When using Nushu AR, learners are in quite an active role while playing with the AR app. Additional practices provide more possibilities for students to create their own work around the news.
The structure in the stories is easy to understand. The stories provide today's biggest news in an age-appropriate way. The teacher's materials consist of additional practices with which students can deepen their learning experience.
