A platform for students to help them learn about career and education options, set career and academic goals and make connections.

MyTransform helps students connect the dots between learning and work through a systemic web-based career guidance platform. The students can discover their personality traits and find their strengths through tests, explore different career and education options and set career goals as well as academic goals. With MyTransform the student will create their own plan for future and be able to communicate their plan for their parents and the other interested parties. The platform has network capability to connect students with their peers on the basis of work and/or educational choices.

Learning Goals

The pedagogical analysis covers how the product supports learning of the identified skills. The student’s role is assessed by four contrary pair parameters, which are selected to cover the most essential aspects on the use of the product.

MyTransform includes a lot of information and interactive content on career planning. The product is quite open and responsive to learners crafting their own learning pathway, while also offering tools and resources to assist them in making more informed decisions. The solution offers different kinds of tests and data-based suggestions are provided to the learner according to test results and their other actions.
The solution guides the learners to define their own learning goals and there are several ways to do that. MyTransform also guides the user in reflecting on their progression by requiring the user to create a plan and set deadlines for different actions. Different kinds of tests make the user reflect on their prior knowledge and preferences for work-life. MyTransform is effective at helping the learners to organize and manage information.
The solution promotes free exploration of tools and content and there are lots of content to explore. The product is very responsive to individual user motivations, affording them tools to tailor their path based on career aptitudes, personality traits, interests, availability of training programs, and other parameters.
Although the user is mostly exploring the possibilities in MyTransform individually, there's still quite a lot of chances for collaboration. The ability to search for and connect with other users based on their career and academic interests enables users to utilize them as a resource for advice and learning, or for them to provide help to others. By allowing communication also with parents and school personnel, the solution allows efficient communication with interested parties.

Our Quality Evaluation Method is an academically sound approach to evaluating a product’s pedagogical design from the viewpoint of educational psychology.
