A platform for students to help them learn about career and education options, set career and academic goals and make connections.

MyTransform helps students connect the dots between learning and work through a systemic web-based career guidance platform. The students can discover their personality traits and find their strengths through tests, explore different career and education options and set career goals as well as academic goals. With MyTransform the student will create their own plan for future and be able to communicate their plan for their parents and the other interested parties. The platform has network capability to connect students with their peers on the basis of work and/or educational choices.

The solution offers different kinds of tests and data-based suggestions are provided to the learner according to test results and their other actions.

MyTransform also guides the user in reflecting on their progression by requiring the user to create a plan and set deadlines for different actions.
